Yes, we have a free-tier for smaller projects and to help you get familiar with how our system works. No credit card is required.

API calls include all API read or write or delete calls to Pipeless. Read calls are to any of our API's (Recommendations, Activity Feed, etc.) while write and delete calls are for objects or relationships you add or modify. Some calls can be batched which can minimize your call volume, please refer to our API docs.

Storage items cover the total number of unique items stored by your app which includes unique objects and unique relationships between objects. When you use write calls to set a relationship between objects (where objects could be a user, post, photo, transaction, etc.), each unique object is added to your Storage along with that unique relationship.

Plans have hard limits on data, so please choose a plan that accommodates your data needs as new items that exceed your plan will not be stored. You will receive several warning emails as you get close to your storage limit and you will have a chance to upgrade your plan at a prorated amount to avoid any interruptions in service.

All of our API’s function seamlessly from the same graph database of objects and relationships, so usage of any API is counted the same in your call and storage limits for that app.

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and other major credit & debit cards. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. All prices listed are in United States Dollars (USD).

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a prorated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on your next month's bill.

We do not currently offer invoicing. Billing is done securely through our payment provider Stripe.
